Associate Consultant

Responsibilities:
  1. Designed and implemented the highly customized version of the Flexcube core banking application for Africa’s largest bank (Eco Bank) which drives an annual revenue of 1.9 billion dollars, using Oracle’s internal tools - RAD, Weblogic, Oracle Cloud, and PLSQL.
  2. Played a crucial role in designing and developing SOAP APIs for the high-demand screen accounts for huge volumes of transactions.
  3. Led the team of developers in building new custom banking features, testing, documentation, and release.
  4. Helped the expertise team build stub code for feature testing, significantly improving the overall testing time from 130 to 45 seconds.
  5. Managed the complex offshore setup migrations (RAD Tool, Weblogic console, Flexcube App, SOAP, and Oracle DB) to new servers.
  6. Automated the process of patchset consolidation (from Kernel releases), resulting in improved waiting time during application updates.
